Kolschella is a delicious take on the Koln beer, also commonly known as the Kolsch. The Kolsch is one of the strictest brewed beers available, still produced by ancient breweries in Cologne. Just like the devoted followers of the wonderfully German “Kolsch Konvention”, Overtone provides a delightfully clean and crispy Koln with Kolschella. In addition, Kolschella offers a slightly fruity twist that’s bolstered by a healthy dose of Hallertau Blanc hops.
This wonderfully unique take on craft beer is well worth a try. get your hands on Kolschella whilst our stocks last – This beer is no longer being produced!
A Helles Lager is a classic symbol of traditional brewing, reborn under microbreweries’ innovative hands from Germany and beyond. Helles translates to “light” or “pale”. Yonder stretches the Helles lager light flavour to its very limit to create this incredible flavour!
This lager offers an incredibly delicious and unique herbal flavour, brewed with Somerset Nettles, a close biological relative of the hops we’re all used to. Sundial is a Helles that will excite even those with the most experienced palates, with an almost medicinal or cider-like taste. For those looking for an earthy flavour truly unlike any other, we wholeheartedly recommend Sundial.
