Sheppy’s Dabinett Apple Cider (6.5% ABV) is produced from a widely grown high quality commercial Somerset cider apple variety called Dabinett.
Always slightly distinctive in taste, this single variety produces a cider with a smooth but full-bodied flavour with a smokey after-taste. This is produced in a medium taste with a slight sparkle and goes well with pork or chicken dishes unless you want to savour the taste unaccompanied.
