The Parallax can has a sleek and straightforward design that captures the scientific vibe the brewery goes for. Dark purple accents and white texts contrast warm pink. The design is easy to read, appealing and doesn’t offer a rough texture in the hand.

Taste

Parallax is the scientific name given to the difference in the direction of a celestial object as perceived from two different points. On the one hand, the higher percentage of this beer could lead one to imagine quite a strong taste by IPA standards. But, on the other hand, the mixture of Sabro and El Dorado hops, two hops with distinctly fruity aromas, would lead to a tropical hypothesis.

However, the proper celestial heights this beer reaches are only captured when combining the data from both angles. Parallax offers a beautiful tropical flavour, with just enough bitterness to ground it. Parallax is definitely a beer I can see myself enjoying on a chilled out night. There’s just enough depth in the flavour to keep each sip feeling fresh, with just enough strength to make each also rewarding.
