At current the only section of the order that you can track is when we have received and processed the order. If you have received confirmation that the order has been processed, the order will be collected by APC the following day and will arrive with you the following day after this. Unfortunately the parcel cannot be tracked once APC have collected the parcel. If you have any questions around the order please email us on email@example.com and we will look in to any issues.
Why am I not receiving emails confirming and updating on the progress of my order?
Have a look in your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder within your emails. If you find the emails are not within these folders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with your requested information and look in to the issue for the future.
